Beef Stroganoff
Makes 6-8 servings

*Any pasta can be used but cooking time may be different.

- 1/2-1 lb ground beef, browned. *
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced if you don't have a garlic press
- 12 oz frozen peas & carrots
- 1 1/2 tablespoons worchestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 teapsoon salt
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 32 oz beef bone broth
- 1 cup milk
- 16 oz mini bowties*
- 1 cup sour cream
- grated parmesan (optional)
- In large skillet on medium, add butter and onions cook till softened 5-10 minutes. Add garlic and peas & carrots cook for another 5 minutes. Add worchestershire sauce, spices and flour mix well. Add broth, milk and pasta. Cook for 20-25 minutes covered till pasta is cooked, stir occasionally.
- Once pasta is cooked, add sour cream mix well and turn off heat. It will thicken as it sits. Serve warm. For a little more flavor add parmesean when serving.
