I have been baking since I was a kid. I didn't start really getting creative with it until 1999. I started decorating cakes, expanded into trying to make different kind of desserts, and finally started making breads. I have made gluten free items and keto items by request. I will be using this page to showcase some of my favorites from over the years. I do share some of the recipes in a different area of the website if you want to try to make some of your own.
Cakes & Cupcakes
Chocolate and vanilla are my most requested, but I have made specialty flavored ones, such as carrot, strawberry, and etc also. As for icings my homemade buttercream is the most popular, but I do other flavors such as cream cheese and whipped cream. For decorations if possible I try to make everything edible.I am not a fan of covering the whole cake in fondant but do use it for decorations along with chocolate.
I make the classics such as chocolate chip, sugar, and oatmeal raisin. I also like experimenting with different kinds and making adjustments to recipes to try and make the best possible cookie. I have made some decorated ones also by request.
I love bread. I think I got it from my dad. A few recipes I use are from others. A lot of them are ones that I gleamed at a bunch of recipes and then made it my own. For example my cherry bread recipe went through many tweaks before I finally feel like it's what I wanted.
