My morning 10 mins- 12 laps were a bit rough. My legs are getting very sore. I had to fast walk most of it the jogging was just to much. My time wasn't so bad though for mostly walking. My evening 10 mins- 12 laps was a little better than the morning ones. I still had to do more fast walking.
