Leaving the comfort zone for the faith zone

Worship should be something you do all day. God needs to be in everything you do. Nothing is too small or too big for God.

I have been asking God to help me get out of my comfort zone. I am a quite shy person. It normally takes me a long time of being around someone to open up and really speak.  I am not a public speaker. It could be a group of family and friends yet I still am hesitant to speak. Getting put on the spot to say something is very far from my comfort zone, which is what happen tonight. I was asked to open up the bible study in pray. My face probably turned a dark shade of red and at first I declined. I didn't want to do it but I knew saying no was wrong. Under conviction and relying on faith, I was given another chance and did so. I'm sure I sounded extremely nervous and have no clue if I actually made sense. What matter's is I trusted in God and took that first step from my comfort zone. Next time I just need to do it without pause or having to be given a second chance.
