Let Your Light Shine

This morning I prayed that God would show me in His word how to make His light in me to shine for others to see His glory and grace. Everything I read was about giving Him praise and thanks. It really hit me this morning that if you are doing that all day how could people not see His light shining in you. Truly giving praise and thanks for everything, the amount of joy and peace God will fill you with would be so overflowing it couldnt be stopped from effecting others. 

Shout with joy to the Lord , all the earth!
Worship the Lord with gladness.
Come before him, singing with joy.
Acknowledge that the Lord is God!
He made us, and we are his.
We are his people, the sheep of his pasture.
Enter his gates with thanksgiving;
go into his courts with praise.
Give thanks to him and praise his name.
For the Lord is good.
His unfailing love continues forever,
and his faithfulness continues to each generation. (Psalm 100:1-5 NLT)
