Week 4 workout
Started week 4 of working out. I am up to 20 minutes 3.6 miles. So since I started I have doubled my time & increased 2.5 miles. I am noticing that doing things through out the day I don't get out of breath as much and I can do more. I am excited what several more weeks will be like.
