Today is the start of week 3 working out. I first have added a day so this week will be 4 days instead of 3. My workout stats I did today were the following 16 minutes, 2.7 miles, and 107 pulse. So from week 1 I am up 6 minutes and 1.6 miles. My pulse was only down 1 point but I did work at lot harder today. I probably won't do body measurements & a picture until 5 weeks. Not sure if anything has really changed but I can say this I feel better and am not so much out of breath doing things now. God is good!!
